Art: Paper cogwheels

The original idea for this goes to a friend who at Christmas changed the usual paper snowflakes into cogwheels. You can see her result here

I felt crafty today and so this happened.

1. Find all kind of different shades of brown paper in your paper collection

2. Cut out circles in different sizes, fold them up several times and start cutting shapes

3. Unfold them and be impressed / surprised of what you achieved. Then it's just a matter of arranging and glueing them in a nice way.

PS: The holes on the left side of the ground paper shows that this was the backside of a calendar once. It also shows that in my household nothing ever gets thrown away until one day I find the perfect use for it.
