AFT SG-A: The Puddle Jumper
I took these pictures today especially for sgamadison to show her my Puddle Jumper Model. If you want to build one too, go to this page: http://www.paperaviation.de/PuddleJumper/puddlejumper.html

There you find a Free Download for a Zip file with all the pictures. Just let them print in the right size and glue it together. It then should look like this:

I also saw a Ba'al figure sample that was supposed to have gotten made, but obviously didn't :-((( I would definitely have bought him ;-) I'm surprised they didn't do the Black Ops Carter since they had Black Ops Jack and Daniel. And Hammond.... I would have loved to have him, too.

I have considered doing some custom ones, but I can't bear to take apart the ones I have, and what do you do with the leftover bodies? ;-)

Right, how could I have forgotten about the Ba'al! He was awesome. I also definitely would have bought him.

We also do have a Black Ops Teal'c, with hair and a shirt which shows his muscled bare arms. So all that is missing is Carter. Some have just painted a green Carter black, I suppose you can do that, but it's not the same.

I admit I have done more customs for the Doctor Who and Torchwood figures, which I can get quite cheap and lose off ebay. With figures so expensive like your Atlantis once, I would not dare either! As for my Jack in dress blues, I used the body of a Wesley from Buffy there, so all I had to do was putting the Jack head on it. Since the heads can be taken off quite easily, this is no big deal. And I don't use the Jack in the green base uniform (as opposite to the offworld uniform) much either. Here are some pictures of him:

That is amazing!!! I love all the detail you put in! I'm not sure I have the patience for that, at least not right now when I have so many other (house) projects to do :-)

Thank you! I had a great guide though, who had the idea first, I just retraced his steps. And I need to be in the right mood when doing this. Not all days are good for it.

It's also totally possible that the Stargate figures are made of a harder material and therefore more difficult to change/cut than the Doctor Who/Torchwood figures. It feels to me like that anyway. The only thing I have done for Stargate was repainting the desert uniforms:

And I also made the ramp to the gate wider so that the MALP would fit onto it but for some reason I never posted them in here. I should change that.
